TikToker Brings Joy to Kenyan Orphans with Charitable Mission

Abby Sellers, a Kenyan TikToker based in the USA, is making a difference in the lives of orphaned children in Thika, Nairobi. Sellers runs a charity organization with a focus on helping the most vulnerable in the community and maximizing accountability and transparency.

On September 11, 2022, Sellers and her team will visit the Everlasting Love Children’s Home on Thika Road for their first mission. The goal is to spend the day with the children, cooking special food, playing games, sharing music and dance, and building relationships.

Sellers’ organization aims to maintain a relationship with the orphanage and address their needs in the best ways possible. Everything they do is documented and shared with supporters, so they can see the impact of their contributions. Although Sellers’ organization is not accepting monetary donations, they appreciate support in the form of food, clothes, and books.

“We make a living by what we get . . . We make a life by what we give,” says Sellers. “Our work begins in Kenya and we believe that by looking outside our own life and helping others, both we and those we seek to help will benefit.”

Sellers’ mission to help orphaned children in Kenya is a heartwarming example of how one person’s actions can make a positive impact in the world. Her organization is a shining example of what can be achieved when people work together for a common cause.
