CNN International SVP and Global Head of Features Content, Ellana Lee, praised Madowo’s expertise and passion for Africa, stating, “Larry is a uniquely experienced journalist with enormous energy, expertise, and skill… He also has a large and highly engaged social following.”
African Voices Changemakers will continue to air weekly on CNN International, spotlighting trendsetters and trailblazers who aim to positively impact Africa. Audiences can enjoy supplementary content on digital and social platforms, including the popular ‘My Drive’ videos. The show runs in partnership with Globacom and is part of an advertising and sponsorship campaign to engage CNN’s audience across all platforms.
