A Kitale court has summoned an ex-air force man to explain why he has not complied with a court order compelling him to support his two biological children.
Mr Julius Asiro Otambo was on October 14, 2021 informed that his girlfriend, Ms Pamela Masera, would be custodian of their two kids while Otambo was to cater for maintenance, including school and related expenses.
The court advised the woman to ensure the ex-air force officer who owns an aviation College in Nairobi was furnished with the children’s needs, including school fees structures in time.
Otambo was further directed to ensure the kids had a medical cover to cater for their health needs.
Appearing before court on Monday, Ms Masera accused her erstwhile lover of reneging on the court order. The woman is a former student of the said aviation college.
“He has not been complying with the orders issued by this court over this matter,” Masera told the court.
The court ordered the accused to appear before Chief Magistrate Julius Ng’arng’ar on May 19, 2022.
