Naivas supermarket management Friday opened up a new branch in Elgon view estate, along Kisumu Road.
This becomes the fourth Naivas outlet to be opened in Eldoret town.
Speaking during the launch, Naivas Marketing Manager Jacinta Wainina said that opening of the new branch was born out of the many requests they had received from the residents of Eldoret and especially those who reside around Elgon view estate.
Wainina pointed out that the need to establish a new branch in Eldoret was also necessitated by the fact that Eldoret is one of the fastest growing towns in Kenya, population growth being on the rise thus increasing demand which promotes faster business growth.
“We already have three outlets but with the population growing and the fact that Eldoret town has really been growing, we always get insights and feedback from our customers and this was a very huge request for the residents around Elgon view and we are glad that finally we’ve been able to deliver for them,” she said.
She added that the management is set to open other outlets soon in Meru and Ojijo, with the aim of expanding and serving the communities all over Kenya.
The Marketing manager thanked the residents of Eldoret for their immense support whenever they opened a branch, adding that Eldoret is now amongst the few towns with the highest number of Naivas outlets.
