Keep off from leaders who incite violence, Karua tells youth

Azimio la Umoja- One Kenya alliance presidential running mate Martha Karua has called on youths to shun leaders who offer them money to cause chaos at their opponent’s rallies.

Karua, who seemed to lash out at DP William Ruto, accusing him of paying youths to cause chaos at Raila Odinga’s rallies, said the such leaders who are merchants of chaos should front their children for the dirty work instead of misusing poor, desperate youths.

She called on youths to bank hopes on an Azimio-led government that would revive the economy and assure them of employment and a stipend for the destitute.

Karua who made stops in Ndaragwa, Ol Jororok, Ol Kalou, Kipipiri and Kinangop, wooed the residents to vote for the coalition,

While terming her candidature as a calling to save the nation and bring peace, Karua regretted that Kenyan leadership quest was marred with selfishness.

“I am here to hold Raila through the fight against corruption and embezzlement of government funds. All the money that they have stolen from the government will be reverted back to the Mwananchi,” noted Karua.

Karua who was accompanied by Agriculture CS Peter Munya, Governor Francis Kimemia, former Water CS Cisily Kariuki among other Jubilee Party leaders promised to back Nyandarua county leaders to deliver on projects started by President Uhuru Kenyatta.

“We have heard your complaints that the current regime has not delivered to your satisfaction, but I urge you to give Kimemia a chance to finish his second term and we will follow closely to ensure he delivers,” remarked Ms. Karua.

CS Munya, who led the team cruise the county, regretted that Nyandarua county being agriculturally rich, did not reflect in people’s lives, noting that his leadership under Azimio would wipe out middlemen and ensure farmers get the largest share of their produce.
