PRESS BRIEFING ON LIQUIFIED PETROLEUM GAS (LPG) TRUCKS AT NAMANGA BORDER.

Kenya Revenue Authority Deputy Commissioner, Customs and Border Control, Joseph Kaguru speaks on 13th May 2022 to the members of the Press at KRA headquarters Nairobi during a press brief on Liquified Petroleum Gas (LPG) Trucks at Namanga Border. For the last few days, there has been a snarl-up of Trucks at the Kenya -Tanzania border where KRA Commissioner said it was it was not caused by increase of taxes, but said the taxes had been reintroduced July last year after it was zero rated in 2016 saying the traders were evading and the denying the government taxes and urged them to comply with the laid regulations failure to which they will be prosecuted.
