A Makueni Court yesterday sentenced two men to serve three years’ imprisonment for breaking and stealing household property.
Appearing before Senior Resident Magistrate James Mwaniki, Daniel Musau and Safari Mwangu were found guilty for stealing properties belonging to Tony King’oo on 17th June at Kyale village, Mukuyuni Ukia- location, Makueni Sub county.
The duo jointly broke and entered King’oo house building at around 3pm in the afternoon and took metallic doorframes, ten iron sheets worth Sh10, 000 and a metallic window frame.
Other properties they stole included two hammers and six hoes (Jembe). They have 14 days to appeal.
